In Stock Order Shipping

  • Most orders placed Monday-Friday by 3pm EST are shipped that same business day.
  • Orders received after 3pm EST will ship the following day.
  • Shipping will not occur on Saturday or Sunday. Orders received during the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
  • If you have an order that must arrive by a certain time, clearly note on the order form.
  • Some exceptions include:
    • Back ordered merchandise ships as soon as the item becomes available.
    • Customers will receive an invoice for each subsequent backordered shipment with respective tracking information.
    • You may opt to have your order held until it can ship complete.

Returns

A return authorization (RTA) number must be received in advance of any returns coming back to EquiFit. Contact orders@equifit.net or 877.437.8434 for an RTA number.

We strive to keep our customers satisfied by offering quality products, professional service and competitive pricing. Our return policy is consistent in maintaining the best value and highest service level for all of our customers. If the merchandise you received is defective or not as you ordered, please contact our customer service staff for quick resolution.

  • All customs orders are made to order and are not returnable.
  • All returns on stock items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned after thirty (30) days of purchase.
  • All returns on stock items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned without the proper packaging.

The guidelines below must be followed in order to receive any credit:

  1. Product must be in new, re-saleable, unmarked, untagged condition and in original packaging
  2. Merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days of invoice date. To ensure prompt return processing, please attach the original packing list, invoice or RA number to the return. Refunds will be for merchandise value only. Please allow three to four weeks for return processing.

Oversized Items

Certain items have additional shipping charges due to their size and weight. We make every attempt to minimize the impact of these charges to our customers by consolidating orders as much as possible. Final shipping and handling charges are added to your invoice.

EquiFit will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. EquiFit will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. EquiFit will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including possible customs duties, taxes and country specific fees.
